By accessing or using Bluo.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our

services.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. We grant you a

limited, non-transferable license to use our services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete registration information and maintain the security of your account

credentials.

4. Service Modifications

We may update or modify the services at any time to enhance performance or comply with legal obligations.

Notice will be provided for significant changes.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees are due as specified during sign-up and are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected

plan. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and AI models are owned by Fourfold Ventures. Clients may not

reverse-engineer or replicate the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may

cancel your subscription with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of LiabilityTerms of Service

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in

the past 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in

Victorian courts.
